Welcome to Med Preps (medpreps.com). By accessing or using this website, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the site.

Trademark Disclaimer

Med Preps offers preparation materials for certification, licensure, and admissions exams administered by many different certification bodies, testing organizations, and government agencies. All exam names, program names, acronyms, and related trademarks appearing on this site are the property of their respective owners. Exam-specific trademark attributions and disclaimers appear on each exam’s pages.

Med Preps LLC is not affiliated with, endorsed by, approved by, or sponsored by any certification body, testing organization, or government agency whose exams our materials address. All exam names and trademarks are used here solely for identification and reference purposes. Use of these names does not imply any affiliation or endorsement.

All practice questions, study materials, and content on this website are original works created by Med Preps LLC. Our materials are designed to help candidates prepare for certification exams but are not official exam materials. Purchasing does not guarantee that you will pass your exam. Our Pass Guarantee is a limited money-back remedy if you complete your preparation and do not pass; it is not a promise of exam results, and its terms are described in full in the Pass Guarantee policy.

1. Description of Service

Med Preps provides online practice questions, quizzes, and study materials to help candidates prepare for certification, licensure, and admissions exams across nursing, pharmacy, emergency medical services, medical assisting and allied health, mental and behavioral health, therapy and rehabilitation, fitness, dental, veterinary, and related fields. The current list of available exams is shown on our All Exams page at medpreps.com/courses/. The Service is provided “as-is” and is intended for educational and exam preparation purposes only.

2. Account Registration

To access paid content, you must create an account and provide accurate, current, and complete registration information. You are responsible for maintaining control of the email address used to sign in to your account and for all activity that occurs under your account.

3. Account Sharing Prohibited

Each purchase grants access to a single individual. Accounts may not be shared with, transferred to, or used by any person other than the registered account holder. We reserve the right to terminate accounts where unauthorized sharing is detected, without refund.

4. Payment and Access

Access to practice question banks on Med Preps is sold per exam in one or more access tiers displayed at checkout, such as 48-Hour Access, 30-Day Access, and Unlimited Access. Each tier is a single one-time payment, not a subscription, and nothing auto-renews. Timed tiers grant full access to the purchased exam’s practice questions, quizzes, and exams for the stated period from the time of purchase, after which access expires. Unlimited Access grants access for the lifetime of the service, including content updates made after purchase. Purchasing an additional tier for the same exam extends or replaces your existing access according to the rules of the tier purchased. Prices are displayed at the time of purchase.

Payments are processed securely through Stripe. Med Preps does not store your credit card information.

5. Refund Policy

Please see our Refund Policy for details. In summary, refunds are available within 7 days of purchase under certain conditions. All sales are final after 7 days, except as provided in our Pass Guarantee, which offers a separate remedy for qualified customers who do not pass their exam.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Reproduce, distribute, or share any content from the site, including questions, answers, or explanations
• Use automated tools, bots, or scrapers to access or extract content
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the site, other accounts, or our systems
• Use the service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws
• Resell, sublicense, or commercially exploit any portion of the service

7. Intellectual Property

All content on Med Preps, including but not limited to questions, explanations, text, graphics, and software, is the property of Med Preps LLC and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You are granted a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the service for your own exam preparation. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from any content on this site.

8. Exam Trademarks

All certification exam names, acronyms, and trademarks used on this site are the property of their respective owners. Med Preps is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any certification body, testing organization, or government agency. See the Trademark Disclaimer at the top of these Terms and the exam-specific disclaimers on each exam’s pages.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

Med Preps is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the service, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

While our content is developed from authoritative sources and official exam blueprints, we do not guarantee that using our service will result in passing any certification exam. Exam outcomes depend on many factors including your individual preparation and knowledge. Our Pass Guarantee provides a limited refund remedy subject to its qualification requirements; it is not a warranty that you will pass.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Med Preps LLC and its owners, operators, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses, arising out of or related to your use of the service.

Our total liability for any claim arising from your use of the service shall not exceed the amount you paid for access.

11. Modifications to Service and Terms

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time. We may also update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. We will indicate the date of the most recent update at the top of this page.

12. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at our sole discretion if we believe you have violated these terms, including but not limited to account sharing, content scraping, or other prohibited conduct. In the event of termination for cause, no refund will be issued.

13. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Missouri, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising from these terms or your use of the service shall be resolved exclusively in the courts located in the State of Missouri.

14. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

Free Accounts and Promotional Offers

Free Accounts. We may offer the option to create a free account, for example from a practice test results screen. A free account lets you save your practice results and track your progress, and may include access to limited free study materials such as a bonus practice test, study guides, flashcards, or cheat sheets. Free features are provided as a courtesy, are not purchased content, and we may modify, limit, or discontinue them at any time without notice. All provisions of these Terms, including the account sharing, acceptable use, and intellectual property sections, apply to free accounts.

Promotional Offers. We may from time to time provide discounts, promotional codes, or other offers. Unless otherwise stated, each offer is valid only for the stated period and products, is limited to one use per customer, is not transferable, cannot be combined with any other offer, and has no cash value. We may modify or withdraw any promotional offer at any time. The price charged at checkout is the final price for the purchase.

Mobile App Purchases

Access to the practice question bank may also be purchased through the iOS app via Apple’s In-App Purchase system. Three tiers are offered (pricing for each tier varies by exam and is shown in the app at the time of purchase):

• 48-Hour Access: full access to the question bank for 48 hours from time of purchase. Does not auto-renew.
• 30-Day Access: full access for 30 days from time of purchase. Does not auto-renew.
• Unlimited Access: perpetual access to the question bank for the lifetime of the app.

App Store purchases are governed by Apple Media Services Terms in addition to these Terms. All sales are processed by Apple Inc.; we do not receive or store your payment card information. Refunds for App Store purchases must be requested through Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.

Cross-Platform Access

Purchases made through any channel (App Store or web checkout) are tied to the email address on your account. You can sign in with the same email on any platform to access content you have purchased. Additional purchases extend or replace existing access per the rules of each tier.

Restoring Purchases

Apple App Store purchases can be restored on a new device by tapping Restore purchases in the app’s Settings, signed in with the same Apple ID that made the original purchase. We do not duplicate or transfer access between Apple IDs.

Account Creation and Deletion

Account Creation. You can create an account from within the iOS app using a magic-link sign-in flow: enter your email, receive a 6-digit code by email, enter the code in the app. No password is stored or required. Creating an account does not grant access to the paid question banks by itself; paid access requires a separate purchase. A free account may include limited free study materials as described in the Free Accounts and Promotional Offers section.

Account Deletion. You may delete your account at any time from the iOS app’s Settings → Account → Delete account. Deletion is immediate, permanent, and irreversible. It removes your user record, your practice progress, and any remaining purchased access. App Store purchase history remains on file with Apple per Apple’s terms; we cannot delete data Apple retains. You may also request deletion by emailing support@medpreps.com.
