We want you to be confident in your purchase. That is why we offer free practice quizzes for each exam so you can experience our question quality, format, and explanations before buying. We encourage all prospective customers to try a free quiz before purchasing full access.
7-Day Refund Window
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a refund within 7 days of the date of purchase, provided that:
- Your request is submitted within 7 calendar days of the original purchase date.
- You have not completed more than 2 full-length practice exams on your account for the purchased exam.
If both conditions are met, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method.
After 7 Days
All sales are final after 7 days from the date of purchase. No refunds or credits will be issued after this period.
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please contact us through our contact page with:
- The email address associated with your account
- Your date of purchase
- The exam you purchased access to
- The reason for your refund request
Processing Time
Approved refunds are processed within 14 business days of the request being received. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take an additional 5 to 10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.
Exceptions
Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:
- The refund request is made more than 7 days after purchase.
- The account has been used to complete more than 2 full-length practice exams for the purchased exam.
- The account has been terminated for violating our Terms of Service (including account sharing or content redistribution).
