Welcome to Med Preps (medpreps.com). By accessing or using this website, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the site.

1. Description of Service

Med Preps provides online practice questions, quizzes, and study materials to help healthcare professionals prepare for certification exams including the NRCME, PTCB (PTCE), NREMT (EMT), NHA CPT (Phlebotomy), and other medical and allied health certification exams. The Service is provided “as-is” and is intended for educational and exam preparation purposes only.

2. Account Registration

To access paid content, you must create an account and provide accurate, current, and complete registration information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

3. Account Sharing Prohibited

Each purchase grants access to a single individual. Accounts may not be shared with, transferred to, or used by any person other than the registered account holder. We reserve the right to terminate accounts where unauthorized sharing is detected, without refund.

4. Payment and Access

Access to practice question banks on Med Preps requires a one-time payment per exam (or the price displayed at the time of purchase). This is a single payment, not a subscription. Upon successful payment, you receive unlimited access to all practice questions, quizzes, and exams for the purchased exam available at the time of purchase and any updates made thereafter.

Payments are processed securely through Stripe. Med Preps does not store your credit card information.

5. Refund Policy

Please see our Refund Policy for details. In summary, refunds are available within 7 days of purchase under certain conditions. All sales are final after 7 days.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Reproduce, distribute, or share any content from the site, including questions, answers, or explanations
• Use automated tools, bots, or scrapers to access or extract content
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the site, other accounts, or our systems
• Use the service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws
• Resell, sublicense, or commercially exploit any portion of the service

7. Intellectual Property

All content on Med Preps, including but not limited to questions, explanations, text, graphics, and software, is the property of Med Preps LLC and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You are granted a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the service for your own exam preparation. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from any content on this site.

8. Exam Trademarks

NRCME is a program of the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA). PTCB and PTCE are registered trademarks of the Pharmacy Technician Certification Board. NREMT is a registered trademark of the National Registry of Emergency Medical Technicians. NHA, CPT, CCMA, and CBCS are trademarks of the National Healthcareer Association. Med Preps is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any of these organizations. All trademarks are the property of their respective owners.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

Med Preps is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the service, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

While our content is developed from authoritative sources and official exam blueprints, we do not guarantee that using our service will result in passing any certification exam. Exam outcomes depend on many factors including your individual preparation and knowledge.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Med Preps LLC and its owners, operators, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses, arising out of or related to your use of the service.

Our total liability for any claim arising from your use of the service shall not exceed the amount you paid for access.

11. Modifications to Service and Terms

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time. We may also update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. We will indicate the date of the most recent update at the top of this page.

12. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at our sole discretion if we believe you have violated these terms, including but not limited to account sharing, content scraping, or other prohibited conduct. In the event of termination for cause, no refund will be issued.

13. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Missouri, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising from these terms or your use of the service shall be resolved exclusively in the courts located in the State of Missouri.

14. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
