We stand behind our practice test program. If you prepare with Med Preps, meet the qualification requirements below, and do not pass the exam you purchased, we will refund your purchase or extend your access at no charge. Your choice.

How It Works

  1. Prepare with the program. Before your exam date, complete the Full Practice Exam for your exam at least twice, scoring 80% or higher on each of those attempts. You may retake it as many times as you like; two attempts at 80% or higher is the bar.
  2. Take your exam.
  3. If you do not pass, email us at support@medpreps.com within 30 days of your exam date. We will review your claim and make it right.

Qualification Requirements

All of the following must be true for a claim to qualify:

  • The purchase was made on medpreps.com. Purchases made through the Apple App Store are not eligible; Apple processes those payments and refunds directly through reportaproblem.apple.com.
  • Before your exam date, your account completed at least two attempts of the Full Practice Exam for the purchased exam, each with a score of 80% or higher. We verify this against your account’s practice test history.
  • You took your exam while your access was active, or within 14 days after a 48-Hour or 30-Day access period expired.
  • Your claim is submitted within 30 days of your exam date.
  • Your account is in good standing and has not been terminated or suspended for a violation of the Terms of Service.
  • The exam is an eligible exam (see below).

Eligible Exams

The Pass Guarantee applies to certification and licensure exams that issue an official pass or fail result. Admission and aptitude exams that report a numeric score rather than a pass or fail result, including the TEAS, HESI A2, and DAT, are not eligible.

How to Submit a Claim

Email support@medpreps.com with the subject line “Pass Guarantee” and include:

  • The email address on your account
  • The exam you purchased access to
  • The date you took your exam
  • A copy of your official score report or result notice showing a non-passing result
  • Whether you prefer a refund or a free 30-day access extension

We will confirm receipt of your claim and review it against your account’s practice test history. Approved claims are processed within 14 business days.

Your Remedy

Qualified claimants choose one of the following:

  • Full refund of the purchase price to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take an additional 5 to 10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.
  • Free 30-day extension of your access to the same exam, so you can keep preparing for a retake at no charge.

If you choose the extension and do not pass on your next attempt, you may still claim the refund. The extension and a subsequent refund on the same purchase together count as one claim.

Limitations

  • One Pass Guarantee claim per exam per customer.
  • The maximum remedy under this guarantee is the amount you paid for the access being claimed. The guarantee does not cover exam registration fees, retake fees, travel, or any other costs.
  • Submitting a falsified or altered score report voids the claim and will result in account termination.
  • Filing a chargeback or payment dispute voids the claim.
  • This guarantee is a limited refund remedy, not a warranty of exam outcome. See our Terms of Service for disclaimers of warranties.
