About the MBLEx

The Massage and Bodywork Licensing Examination (MBLEx) is administered by the Federation of State Massage Therapy Boards (FSMTB). Passing the MBLEx is required for massage therapy licensure in most states. The exam tests your knowledge of anatomy, physiology, kinesiology, pathology, massage techniques, assessment, ethics, and business practices.

The exam consists of 100 multiple-choice questions with a 2-hour time limit. Content is weighted across 7 domains, with anatomy and physiology and kinesiology making up the largest portions. Our practice questions are designed to prepare you for the format, difficulty, and content distribution of the actual exam.
