100PG Conditions and Restrictions: The 100% Pass Guarantee (100PG) does not apply to all MedPreps programs or purchases made through Groupon, Living Social, or other similar intermediaries. The 100PG for eligible programs applies only to those within the United States, Puerto Rico, and Canada. The 100PG applies only to the first-time you prep with MedPreps for a particular exam (i.e, PTCB Practice Test, RD Practice Test, NRCME Practice Test).
100PG eligibility requires individuals to take the official exam within two months after program access ends and complete at least 5 full-length practice tests consistently scoring above 80% on each practice test before program access ends.
Our guarantee is not a “money back” or financial guarantee. The 100PG only enables you to extend your subscription as provided herein. This guarantee constitutes your sole and exclusive remedy and in no event shall MedPreps have any liability to you for damages, including, without limitation, indirect, special, punitive or consequential damages. The foregoing guarantee is given in lieu of all other warranties, express or implied, in fact or by law, including, without limiting the generality of the foregoing, any warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
To Redeem the 100PG: You must email us at support@medpreps.com within 90 days after the date your practice test program access ends. Once your eligibility has been confirmed, your account will be reactivated and you may repeat the program for the length of your original purchase for free.
